Asheboro City Schools (ACS) has an exciting partnership with the University of North Carolina at Greensboro’s (UNCG) Institute for Partnerships in Education (IPiE) and Randolph Community College to support the TEACH program, which stands for Tomorrow's Educators Advancement to College through High School. This innovative initiative is designed to inspire and support high school students who are passionate about pursuing a career in education as an elementary or middle school teacher.

Asheboro City Schools Career & Technical Education (CTE) Department is excited to announce the first-ever Bridge Building Competition for middle school girls, an event aimed at fostering interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) among young female students. The competition, sponsored by NC FAME (Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education) in partnership with several prominent industry leaders, will take place on October 30, 2024.
